I have been a devoted Linux user for most of my adult life. My journey began with Ubuntu 7.10, a gift from my cousin Tim in the form of a CD, which I eagerly installed on my Windows XP laptop.

That experience ignited a deep passion for Linux, leading me to explore its endless possibilities. Over the years, I've developed a particular fondness for Arch Linux, appreciating its simplicity and the control it offers.
My enthusiasm extends to creating modules for NixOS, diving into the intricate world of system customization and optimization.

Tinkering with Docker and Podman has allowed me to understand containerization technologies' nuances, while my adventures with virtual machines and KVM have deepened my knowledge of system architecture and virtualization.

Beyond my technical endeavors, I maintain a suite of services, including a Nextcloud service for personal cloud storage, Wallabag for bookmarking and read-it-later functionality, and Plex for media streaming. Each project has been a journey of learning, experimentation, and, most importantly, a testament to the power and flexibility of Linux.

This journey through the Linux landscape has been incredibly rewarding, filled with endless learning and tinkering, building, and everything in between. My love for Linux is not just about the technology; it's about the community and the open-source ethos that drives innovation and collaboration.
